Making A Purchase

To order online from Preact just browse our catalogue to identify the product(s) you wish to buy.  In each case specify the required volume and click to add them to your shopping basket.

Please review your basket and select 'Make Order' to enter the relevant delivery information.  By proceeding to the checkout you will then be able to access the secure Worldpay site where you can enter credit card information to complete your transaction.  We accept VISA, Mastercard & Maestro payments.

Terms of business & refund policy

• All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Online payments are accepted by VISA or Mastercard credit/debit cards

• The customer is responsible for satisfying themselves that the services purchased suitably meet their requirements. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the product is fit for the purpose they intend to use it for, in respect of features, faults and compatibility.

• Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

• All goods remain the property of Preact Limited until paid for in full.

• Prices and manufacturers product specifications are subject to changes without prior notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to terminate the contract.

• If you are unhappy with any software you receive simply return the complete package with a covering letter quoting your order number for a full refund of the software price. Products must be returned to us within 30 days of the order date and be in their original packaging. Preact Limited cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and we strongly recommend goods are sent back to us by recorded delivery.

• All returns must be in stock condition and be authorised in writing by Preact Limited.

• No opened software will be accepted for credit.

• You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.

• We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs.

• Preact Limited shall not be liable to the customer on any account whatsoever, in the event that Preact Limited is prevented from fulfilling it’s obligations thereunder due in whole or in part to an event of Force Majuere, which shall any circumstance of, be beyond reasonable control of Preact Limited.

• If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder

• Errors and omissions excepted.

Delivery Schedule

We will aim to despatch your software on the day of receipt for orders placed before 3pm.  Orders received after this time will be fulfilled next day. All orders are subject to stock.

Back Orders

Most items listed are available in stock.  However, if your item is not available, we will back order for you. We will ensure you are kept informed and advise you of an anticipated delivery date. 

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Preact Limited do not disclose client information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to track of the contents of your shopping basket and to store delivery addresses information.
