Independent pre-sales advice - we don't have any pre-conceived ideas about which CRM software is right for you. We'll take time to understand what you are looking to achieve and our consultants will give you clear advice to help you make an informed decision that's right for your business.
Proof of concept - CRM systems can be customised and to demonstrate how they can address bespoke requirements we can undertake a 'proof of concept' consultancy at low or zero cost.
Dedicated project manager - for all multi-user CRM implementations we assign a project manager who will work with you to draw up a shared implementation plan outlining each stage of the project. They'll provide you with expert advice to ensure you are fully prepared for the work to be carried out, keep you updated at every stage and ensure that your project stays on track.
Project scoping - before installing a new CRM system one of our qualified consultants will attend your site to fully scope each aspect of the project. This will involve meeting your project sponsor and key personnel to ensure all parties are clear on the work to be carried out and confirm your database design requirements, which systems are to be integrated with CRM, finalise the reports you require and define user access rights. Upon completion we'll submit a report for your approval which forms the blueprint for the implementation and crystallize the entire project.
